Returns and Refunds

Returns: If there has been a mistake in ordering or shipping items (equipment and supplies) the seller is always available to address the buyers concerns. In some cases equipment and supplies are no longer needed; again the seller is always available to discuss these situations. In all these situations, we request the buyer notify the company (email sales@sprintermarking.com is preferred) of any request for returns and then await disposition before further action. If the seller advises to return any equipment or supplies, a return material authorization (RMA) number will be supplied. Send allowed items back in their original package via the prescribed freight carrier and rate suggested. The freight charges associated with the return will be agreed in advance as to which party will be liable. All equipment and supplies returned must be in original unused condition for credit consideration.

Refunds: If the equipment and supplies returned are inspected and found to be in original condition, a discount of 25% of the invoice price will be taken as a re-stocking fee. The 75% balance of the credit can be applied to future orders or if the buyer requests a refund can be made to the credit card or returned in check form.

Used equipment / supplies: Any equipment or supplies used in the operation of code marking operations will not be returnable (except as warrantied items listed below) as the company does not sell reconditioned equipment or supplies.
