Handling and Shipping

Handling: The seller does not charge any fees for service to package all equipment and supplies so that they are delivered to buyer in good / useable working condition with the exception of ink for international shipment. The majority of seller’s ink is considered a hazardous good because it is a flammable liquid. In the case of a hazardous good, special packaging is required for shipment and will be included in quotation provided.

Shipping: All orders will be shipped FOB Zanesville plant. Freight charges shall be prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise arranged.
Buyer will be responsible for all freight charges. On international shipments the buyer shall be also responsible for all duty and taxes levied on the shipment.

All orders will be shipped ground delivery unless otherwise noted. Express freight services are available by different shipping companies should the buyer request expedited methods.

The company will package each order with durable packaging materials so the shipment should arrive at the customer’s location undamaged. Should any damage occur during shipment the customer should file a claim with the carrier on their losses. Shipping containers and all wrapping materials should be retained for shipper evaluation; disposition of shipping materials and damaged goods shall be at the direction of the shipper.
The seller will decide on the shipping vendor and shipping rate of service unless the customer advises before shipment what vendor they choose and rate of service. On international shipment any prearranged shipment will require that the waybill be sent by customer prior to shipment.

The seller can offer tracking information on all shipments at the customers request. If customer does not confirm receipt, proof of delivery can be sent. The company shall not be liable for any damages caused by delay in shipment.
